My Business has Changed and I am no longer with Team Beachbody

As most of you may know, I have spent the last 3 years pouring my heart ❤️and soul into my business.
Being part of Team Beachbody Not only turned my life around mentally and physically, but allowed me to continue to be a full time stay home mom to my CJ! 👩‍👦
Which I am more than GRATEFUL for🙏🏻

🧐 More importantly, I made some AMAZING friends, 👭 and reconnected with old friends that I might not have! It also taught me so much not only about myself but about “TRUE” leadership, TEAM building and what is required to build a very SUCCESSFUL team!!
📣However, I have decided it’s time for me to move on 🚶‍♀️ to some NEW, BIGGER ADVENTURES!!

This was a very difficult decision! However one that I needed to make for my family and my future

The reason I chose this new adventure is because after years with focusing on nutrition and exercise to my  customers, fans, and followers, I learned from them that there was still something missing in their health journeys; as well as in mine! After careful consideration and significant research I found what I was looking for to help them with TOTAL HEALTH!

THANK YOU 😘 from the bottom of my heart to all of my Facebook friends, family and customers that supported me through these years and this journey! 👉🏻You are appreciated more than you know💚

I used to struggle with confidence everyday, every waking moment!! So what changed? How did I change, and what can you do to increase your confidence??

Self Sabotage! Are you Guilty? 😱 Some tips to help you Not to!

I wanted to share a little bit of my insight into it self sabotage!!
How many how many of us are guilty of self sabotaging sabotaging??

This was a live Facebook that I did. I shared a little bit of how this topic came about and why it is so important for us to stop sabotaging ourselves!!

I had to really dig deep inside myself and ask myself  why was I doing this! This is something I enjoy doing!

I enjoy sharing my journey!

I enjoy helping other people get healthy and fit!

I definitely enjoy the results that I’m getting so why am I self sabotaging myself ?

Insomnia and Anxiety

I needed a couple of my mama go shakes the other day to get me through my day!!! It was the first thing I grabbed in the morning before my coffee after a night of insomnia!!

The last time I looked at the clock it was almost 5am. 😱

The struggle is real! 🛌
You see I suffer from anxiety; have for years, and most of the time I pretty much have a handle on it. But there is on an occasion it will show its ugly face!! 😵

Anxiety symptoms that can lead to insomnia include:

Tension
Getting caught up in thoughts about past events
Excessive worrying about future events
Feeling overwhelmed by responsibilities
A general feeling of being revved up or overstimulated

Yup that is me in a nutshell right now!! 👊
I am not going to let it win though!!

Everyone feels anxious now and then. It’s a normal emotion. Many people feel nervous when faced with a problem at work, before taking a test, or making an important decision.

Anxiety disorders are different, though. They can cause such distress that it interferes with your ability to lead a normal life. After many years of suffering from it I have learned many self help ways to over come it.
I know how important sleep is for me and my health so I take this seriously and will do what it takes to knock it back down and win yet another round!!!

Here are a few tips on how I will over come this, and have overcome anxiety in the past, so that nights like last night don’t happen again!!
